The use of Cloud Laundry Services declares your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth below. The terms agreement governs your access and use of the Cloud Laundry website (cloudlaundry.com) and services, including any content offered through the website, platform, or application.
Eligibility; Acceptance; Compliance; and Termination of Rights
1.1 Eligibility
Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older who can accept legally binding contracts. Users below 18 years old or those incapable of entering legally binding contracts are not eligible to access any of the content or services of Cloud Laundry.
1.2 Acceptance
You expressly agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy when you use or access any of the Services offered by Cloud Laundry. If you do not agree to any of these Policies and Terms, you must not access or use any of the services. Terms and Conditions are in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, and it provides the entire and only agreement between you and Cloud Laundry regarding the use of the Services.
1.3 Compliance
Use services in compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations. Third-party policies and agreements do not limit to wireless data service, online store terms, and conditions, and

Violation of any provisions in this Policy immediately terminates your right to access or use any of Cloud Laundry services.
2. Order Placement
Users must ensure the Order details are correct and accurate before submission. Cloud Laundry is not liable for any errors the user makes. If you think you have made a mistake, please contact us. We will note and confirm any changes to your Order details by email. Order contract takes place when Cloud Laundry has accepted and confirmed your Order.
You may make changes to an Order any time before the set collection time in the Order confirmation email.
3. Order Cancellation
You have limited rights to cancel Order: (a) before the set pickup date or (b) if Cloud Laundry is affected by an event that is out of our control (force majeure). We may also cancel your Order if (a) there are situations we cannot control (force majeure or natural disasters), (b) items are not available for pickup, or (c) collected items do not correspond with the order.
Cloud Laundry informs Users by phone or email when Orders are cancelled.
4. Indemnification
User will defend, indemnify, and keep Cloud Laundry and any of its employees, officers, directors, and other affiliates from and against any and all claims, obligations, liabilities, damages, and expenses, not limited to attorneys’ fees, due to: (a) user’s misuse of any of the Services; (b) user’s violation of any of Terms; (c) violation of any third party rights; (d) any claim that you use any of the Services that caused damages to a third party.
5. Limitation of Liability
Using any of our Services is at your sole risk. Cloud Laundry disclaims all warranties expressed or implied with your use of the Services, and is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any:
- (a) use of Services;
- (b) use of third-party website linked from the Services;
- (c) reliance on information or content provided on or through any of the
Services;
- (d) inaccessibility or incompatibility of the Services;
- (e) personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from the use of
any Services;
- (f) inaccurate information;
- (g) bugs, viruses, or any malware transmitted through our to any of the
Services.
In event that there is loss or damage to an item, Cloud Laundry is not responsible. Any consequential loss is not our liability. Although the staff is trained to check each garment for private property meticulously, Cloud Laundry is not responsible for any missing items.
4. Billing and Payments
You authorize Cloud Laundry to process payment for the selected services at the Website order page or the Cloud Laundry app according to the prices listed at cloudlaundry.com/pricing . Cloud Laundry itemizes garments for dry cleaning and measures weight for regular laundry, any additional items, or selected addons. Once items are collected, Cloud Laundry sends the total service amount charged to the payment information submitted by the user.
