    How Cloud Laundry Works
    Schedule & Pickup
    Book your laundry pickup service online (or download ‘Cloud Laundry’ in app store) and simply select a pickup and delivery window that works with your schedule. Our ninja concierge will drop by on your desired date and time.
    Washing & Cleaning
    Place your items to be cleaned in a bag. This includes your undergarments, socks, t-shirts, pants, shorts, sheets, etc (items that don’t need to be dry cleaned or pressed). Once we receive your bag, we will measure it and send you an email with confirmation total.
    Delivery
    We will deliver your clothes washed and neatly folded within 24 hours. You will receive a text notification of when your concierge is arriving and when delivery is completed.
